LAST YEAR WE EXCEEDED ESG GOALS

Sustainable development has been an important priority in Atlantic Grupa's business for years, and since 2013 we have been reporting on progress in this area in the joint Atlantic Grupa sustainability report. Sustainability is achieved uniformly in all three principles: environment, society, and management (ESG), and since 2023 it is being defined as a significant strategic priority for the development of all companies operating within the Atlantic Grupa.

The ESG strategy is based on five action priorities that support the global goals of sustainable development and are harmonized too with the European S sustainability reporting standards (ESRS). These priorities are as follows: greenhouse gas emissions, water, and recycling (in the area of the environment), as well as our employees and products (in the area of social responsibility). As priorities in the area of ESG, we have defined approaches to management, commitment to long-term goals and a measurement model using key performance indicators (KPIs). All indicators are connected in the sustainability index of the company, which every year indicates our success in the realization of annual goals. In 2023, we exceeded the set ESG targets by achieving a sustainability index of 102.
