Equal Pay Champion: Atlantic Grupa achieves the highest level of gender equality

According to the latest certification report, Atlantic Grupa has achieved the highest level of pay equality, with a pay gap of only 0.67 percent. This success becomes even more significant when placed in a broader context. At the level of the European Union, the average gender pay gap stands at 11.1 percent, while in Croatia it is 6.6 percent. In Atlantic Grupa, however, we have succeeded in achieving full gender equality.

The company’s excellent result is based on a performance and development management system that relies exclusively on individual competencies, ensuring that each person’s contribution is evaluated according to objective criteria. In addition, we systematically monitor data on new hires, representation within the talent pool, and participation in development programs.

That we are setting standards is also demonstrated by the fact that in 2023 we introduced a specific KPI (Key Performance Indicator) related to gender equality. It focuses on monitoring the share of women in the highest management positions, thanks to which women today hold 52 percent of leadership roles in Atlantic Grupa.
