Zoran Vučinić appointed as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Atlantic Grupa d.d.

At yesterday’s meeting of Atlantic Grupa’s Supervisory Board, Zdenko Adrović, as its previous Chairman, passed on the chairmanship to the Board member Zoran Vučinić.

As one of the leading experts in the Croatian financial industry, Zdenko Adrović had successfully led Atlantic’s Supervisory Board since its establishment in 2006, and he will now continue to participate in its Board as a member.

“First of all, I would like to thank and congratulate my predecessor. He successfully ran the Company's Supervisory Board for more than a decade, and turned it into the flagship of corporate governance in Croatia and the broader region. It is our task to maintain the same high standards or, if possible, even improve them during my term of office. I would also like to thank my colleagues from the Supervisory Board and the Company for entrusting me with this responsible task, which I intend to take on with modesty, seriousness and great enthusiasm. I believe my international experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry will prove to be of value to Atlantic Grupa, while I also look forward to learning from Atlantic and my colleagues at the Supervisory Board", says Zoran Vučinić, the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Vučinić joined Atlantic Grupa's Supervisory Board in early 2022. He is a proven global business leader  with more than three decades of international experience in the consumer goods field, primarily at global operations of The Coca-Cola Company. His more recent positions include President for Russia, Ukraine & Belarus Region, President for the Middle East & North Africa Region, and Chief Operating Officer of Coca-Cola North America (in Atlanta). In addition to holding a number of positions in Coca-Cola's senior management globally, he worked for Egon Zehnder International, a globally prominent consultancy firm in areas of human resources and executive search, and as a director of the company Dukat dairy industry. He speaks five languages, and he graduated from the European Business School, Reutlingen University and Middlesex University in London, and received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston.
