Atlantic Grupa has once again earned the prestigious Equal Pay Champion certificate

The Equal Pay Champion certificate, awarded by SELECTIO Group, a leading human resources consulting firm, has once again confirmed Atlantic Grupa's commitment to equal pay for equal work, regardless of gender or other differences.
While women in the European Union earn on average 12.7 percent less per hour, in Atlantic Grupa this gap has been reduced to just 1.09 percent, thanks to a reward system that has been based solely on performance for over 30 years. With this impressive result, we have not only exceeded expectations but also aligned our operations with the EU directive, which from 2026 mandates that the pay gap in larger organizations must not exceed 5 percent.
During the certification process, we demonstrated excellence in the context of women's representation in managerial positions. While in large EU organizations less than 10 percent of director positions are held by women, in Atlantic Grupa they make up 53 percent of the management involved in key company decisions.
"In Atlantic Grupa, people are at the center of everything we do, regardless of gender. Since its inception, Atlantic has recognized and rewarded employees based on their performance, and equality begins even before the first working day. The selection process is primarily based on assessing the competencies we need in the team and evaluating how the person will fit into our culture, ensuring equal access for all candidates. When hiring for the same positions, men and women start with equal pay, and further advancement and reward systems are based solely on performance. As a result of this approach, today we have equality in all aspects, from numerical representation in the overall population and representation in management, to equal pay," said Mojca Domiter, senior executive director of Human resources and culture.
