Restructuring at Atlantic Grupa
17.9.2025.
The new organisation builds on proven internal expertise, with managers whose results have paved the way to continued professional growth within the company.
Atlantic Grupa is set to enter 2026 with a renewed and strengthened organisation that clearly reflects its strategic priorities, starting from the top level. The guiding principle of the corporate strategy is sustainable growth. With its new organisational structure, Atlantic Grupa reaffirms not only its commitment to achieving its set objectives but also its confidence in the management capabilities and in developing the internal potential across the entire system. Organisational growth is rooted in internal expertise and the advancement of people who have already demonstrated strong results.
The new structure streamlines top-level management with six Group Vice Presidents (Mojca Domiter, People and Culture; Srećko Nakić, Markets and Distribution; Zoran Stanković, Finance, Procurement and IT; Mate Štetić, Brands and Operations; Lada Tedeschi Fiorio, Corporate Strategy and Investments, and Neven Vranković, Corporate Affairs), all reporting to the President of the Management Board Emil Tedeschi. In terms of core business, the change lies in bringing brands and categories together into a unified system led by Group Vice President Mate Štetić, while excellence in market execution is ensured through unified distribution across regional and international markets, overseen by Group Vice President Srećko Nakić. With regard to the international dimension of business development, a new strategic distribution unit, International Markets, has been established under the leadership of Nataša Kljaić, the former General Manager for the Austrian market.
Within the new organisational setup, all Executive Directors of strategic business units (Coffee, Savoury Spreads, Beverages, Snacks, Healthy Bites) will report to Mate Štetić, with several leadership changes taking place. Darja Teržan, the former general manager of BU Donat, has been appointed General Manager of SBU Savoury Spreads, while Slaven Romac has been named General Manager of SBU Coffee, taking the helm of the largest category with a strong track record in beverages and distribution. Marko Kufrin, previously Executive Director of Corporate Strategy and New Growth, has been appointed CEO of SBU Beverages. Building on the successfully developed Boom Box brand and its growth potential, a new business unit, Healthy Meals, is being established. Jelena Jelenc, former Marketing Director for Beverages, has been appointed General Manager of this new business unit.
This carefully considered functional restructuring is grounded in internal management and proven experts whose achievements have paved the way for continued professional growth within the company.
