RAINFOREST ALLIANCE
The new hit product from Barcaffè is grown on plantations that are part of the Rainforest Alliance (ra.org), whereby special precautions are being taken so that the coffee plant does not spread into the tropical rain forest. Barcaffè Flora coffee production meets the strictest ethical and environmental standards. Local farmers learn about the sustainable management of natural resources and the importance of preserving the environment for the quality of their lives. Growing coffee provides them with an adequate income, helps preserve the biodiversity of tropical rain forests and does not endanger indigenous populations.

COFFEE COMPOST "FLORISTA"
Barcaffè Flora stands for a greener planet and tells us that coffee grounds are a valuable source of nutrients for plants and an excellent means of composting and fertilizing. In cooperation with the Faculty of Biotechnical Engineering in Ljubljana, coffee compost called FLORISTA was created. It is a unique, high-quality organic fertilizer and soil improver based on Barcaffè Flora coffee grounds and a mixture of persistent, mature vermicompost that gently nourishes your favorite plants and vegetable gardens and enhances their vitality. Compost has a beneficial effect on all plants, regardless of whether they are houseplants, vegetables, trees or shrubs.
